Terms of Service

The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the Service, and we may terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor. The Service is not directed to children.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any result will meet your expectations.

GameFrame uses artificial intelligence, including large language models and image-generation models that we fine-tune and configure. AI is inherently imperfect and probabilistic. While we work to improve quality, we do not and cannot guarantee that any generated image will be accurate, realistic, flattering, faithful to your input, free of artifacts, or match what you imagined or expected.

You acknowledge and agree that variation in output quality is an inherent characteristic of the Service and not a defect. Dissatisfaction with a generated result — including a result that does not look the way you thought it would — is not a technical fault and does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or any other remedy.

Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor. Prices, credit allotments, and plan features are described at checkout and may change prospectively.

All sales are final. No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law or where one of the following applies, as determined by us in our reasonable discretion:

• a genuine technical failure of the Service that is attributable to us and that prevented delivery of the generation you paid for, and that we are unable to remedy; or
• a verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge in an incorrect amount.

Refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction with AI output, change of mind, unused credits, or failure to use the Service are not eligible. To request a refund for a qualifying reason, contact support@gameframe.lol within 7 days of the charge with your account details and a description of the issue.

If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us first at support@gameframe.lol so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer without first allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe is improper (including by providing evidence of your account activity, acceptance of these Terms, and use of the Service). Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining credits or access, without refund. We further reserve the right to recover amounts owed, including chargeback fees and reasonable costs of collection.

You are solely responsible for the images and other content you upload ("User Content") and for the results you generate. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload your User Content and to have it processed by the Service.

You agree that you will NOT upload, submit, generate, or distribute:

• any content you do not own or have permission to use, or that infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right;
• any nudity, pornography, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) material;
• any content depicting, sexualizing, or involving a minor in any way, or any image of a person under 18 — this is strictly and absolutely prohibited;
• any image of another person without their consent, or content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, deceptive, or unlawful.

Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your account and revocation of all access, without refund. We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts, and take any other action we deem appropriate, at our sole discretion and without notice. We may report illegal content — including any content involving the exploitation of minors — to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and transform your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to generate your edited image and store it in your account). We do not claim ownership of your uploads or results.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Access to certain areas, including the dashboard and generation features beyond any free allowance, requires an active paid plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will GameFrame, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, any AI output, or any content — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GameFrame and its owners and operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
